It is that time of the year. The time when the D1 college football champion is chosen
in a beauty pageant, uh I mean by using polls. Of course, as you all know we have the BCS "the greatest system of picking champions ever", pick who play in the title game because a tournament would be a bad idea. Why would it be a bad idea, because it would hurt tradition, unlike 40 bowls, having to use 6-7 teams or conference realignment. If you haven't guessed it, I don't like the BCS. A few years ago, this blog started its own National Championship, The MemphisSportsFan National Championship. Here is a list of past champions.
2010-11

Here is how this year's championship will be decided.

The winner between, Notre Dame vs Alabama will be the champion. If something happens & there is no winner. The champion will be.
