How to fix the Lakers

Help! We can't swim, & tell Celine Dion to stop singing!
The Lakers lost to the Cavaliers tonight. Right now there is a lot of panicking among Laker fans. The Lakers are 9-12 and are the laughing stock of the NBA. Mike D'Antoni's system isn't doing well, the Lakers aren't playing with energy and are playing very poor defense. Something has to be done, the problem is the Lakers have already fired one coach and Phil Jackson would have to be insane to take over now. Plus Steve Nash is a D'Antoni guy and plays well under his system. So D'Antoni should be allow to coach some games with Nash as the point guard. Pau Gasol is also hurt, which makes it really hard to trade him.

Something has to be done and here is what must be done. Jim Buss must be removed from the decision making position. He is the one who ran off Phil Jackson, hired Mike Brown, then hired D'Antoni in order not to rehire Phil Jackson. I am not a Phil Jackson guy, but he has 11 rings and knows how to turn talented teams into champions. Phil could be the coach now except Buss doesn't like him. So we have to deal with coaches that we aren't sure about. It also should be noted that he hired Brown instead of Brian Shaw, without consulting Kobe in order to establish that he was the Boss. He was also Andrew Bynum biggest supporter and blocked the team from trading him. Once it became clear that they could get Dwight Howard, he finally caved but even then he had to be convinced. This is Jim Buss' team and it is 9-12. It is time for Buss to pay the price. He tried and failed, it's time to let his sister, Jeanie Buss run the team. I am not saying that he should be fired, just transferred to a non basketball related position.

Also, it is time to trade Pau Gasol while people believe that the injury is the problem. Pau is soft and weak mentally, it is time to trade him before teams figure that out. The Lakers need to trade him while they can still get a starting level player for him.

The Big 12 is dying, again. This time Texas and Oklahoma are leaving to go to the SEC.
