What the Grizzlies need to do

  Watching the Memphis Grizzlies can be annoying. That is why I am not a Grizz fan anymore. I like a lot of the players, Allen, Marc, & ZBO to name a few. They have the ability to win the title. Yet, they lost to the Clippers in the first round. Not blaming anyone or anything in particular cough bad coaching cough Rudy cough Conley   changes need to be made. I have made suggests in the past, none have been followed. I will blog & watch as I am proven right. The Grizz need to replace Coach Lionel Hollins, trade Rudy Gay & Mike Conley. I doesn't look like that will happen anytime soon so here is the list.

1. Trade Rudy Gay to the 76ers for Andre Iguodala. He is a better defender.
2. Bring in Rudy Tomjanovich to advise coach Hollins on running a inside out offense like what Houston ran while they were winning titles.
3. Make Hollins run that kind of offense. That one might be hard.
4. Stop Heisley from selling team. Not sure if new guy has enough money. 
5. Keep Mike Conley.
6. Get backup point guard who can shoot. Don't let Coach Hollins trade him.
7. Give ball to Big Men first on offense!!! Then if they can't get a shot, let outside shooters shoot. NO MORE FIRST SHOT JUMPERS!

Recommended Starting Lineup for Next Season

1. Point Guard: Mike Conley
2. Shooting Guard:  Tony Allen
3. Small Forward: Andre Iguodala
4. Power Forward: Zach Randolph
5. Center: Marc Gasol

Those are my suggest, which will likely won't happen but I am still on record as saying them.
