Really, You have a problem with the NFL, NOW !?!?
On September the first 2006, Roger Goodell became NFL Commissioner. Over his time as NFL Commissioner Goodell, the NFL rules have changed in ways many people dislike. He has enraged the NFLPA with his fines and suspensions. He led the owners in a lockout of the players just last year. He has been judge, jury and executioner when issuing punishments to players, coaches, GM and owners. Appeals are made to him.
And while this happened, people for the most part cheered him on saying and I am paraphrasing. The players were out of control and needed to be controlled. They make too much money. They also don't know the risks and need to be protected from themselves. He is the boss he should have a lot of power. The NFL and the owners have every right to make as much money as possible. That is until this lockout of the refs.
Now it is and again I am paraphrasing, the NFL doesn't care about the fans, players or the game. The NFL should just make a deal and stop being greedy. Roger Goodell is not doing what is best for the NFL. This and his handling of Bountygate has caused people to question Goodell's leadership. My thoughts on this are.
Really?!?!?! You care now, we almost missed games last season, you guys didn't complain like this then. The media needs to get over this. They for the most part have defended Goodell's power gabs in the past. The NFL locked out the player out last year because they weren't making enough money. Do you really think that they care about the refs? The NFL crushes everybody. If there was maybe another league to change the NFL, the NFL could be hurt. But even if somebody tried it the media would tear them down, Hey media, and people who used to have Goodell's back, get over it. This is HIS NFL, just like YOU WANTED REMEMBER!
