 First I did a list about the Lakers, now here is the Memphis Grizzlies list. Why they lost, sigh, to the Clippers.
Why the Grizzlies lost.

1. Lionel Hollins: Bad coaching decision. If you have a All NBA defensive first team player. PLAY HIM. Play favorites. Got rid of good backup point guards. Wouldn't play OJ at point then decided to play him there during big minutes in the playoffs.Reason why the big men did not get the ball enough. Spends time trying to prove that he is right at the expense of winning.  Fire Him. 
2. Rudy Gay: Because of Zach's injury he got to be the man this year. He was up & down when the team needed him. He is what he is. the third best player of a playoff team. Except he gets max money. Trade Him
3. or 2B Mike Conley: Enough with acting like this man is a elite point guard. Kyle Lowery was trade to help this man. He has been given chance after chance. Every time he play a elite point. he gets crushed. Chris Paul destroyed him. Look to trade Him.
4. Mike Hensley & Chris Wallace: You guys run the team. Stop letting the men listed above screw things up!
5. OJ Mayo: Worse time to have a shooting slump  EVER. I wished that they would keep you but they won't. Good Luck with your next team.
