How to end the NBA lockout, FIRE DAVID STERN!!

Talks have once again back down. More of the season will likely be canceled. I am not happy, and the person I blame for this is NBA Commissioner David Stern. I know that I am in the minority with that opinion but I don't care. Stern is the reason that the NBA is stuck in this stupid lockout. He has also mismanaged the NBA & should be let go. Here is a list of reasons.

  1. Back is 1998, Stern decided to end the labor peace between the owners & players. This lead to the 98 lockout in which owners crushed the stunned players & began the bad blood.
  2. The Rookie salary which limited what players could get on there first contract & lead to player coming to the NBA earlier so that they could to there second contract quicker.
  3. Throwing the players under the bus again & again. The NBA has images problems. Some people have negative opinions of the players. Stern instead of siding with & helping the good players decided to act as if the complaints were true. He then inserted rules to show those fans that he agreed with them. At the players expense.
  4. The Dress code & Zero tolerance with refs were part of this. Stern gain the powers to do those things at the last labor negotiations. It was want was traded for the 57% player share. yet everybody can't seem to remember that.
  5. Zero tolerance has empowered the refs. Which considering the fact that a lot of people think that the NBA is fix will backfire.
  6. NBA owners want the players to take less money in order to fix ownership problems. That won't work. (see NHL) These owners also get money for cities, shoe & clothing companies, along with TV network yet they are lost tons to money. That not a player problem that's a ownership problem. Two words: revenue sharing
  7. Finally, Stern has sided with the owners so much, he has lost his credibility with the players. He did interviews complaining the fact that the players were listening to their agents. How can Stern who was riped the player then turn around & expect them to listen to him.
