10 reasons why evil Captain America is a good thing

None sports RANT Avengers vs X-Men

  Hello, this is not going to be about sports. It will instead be about something that annoys me. Last years' Avengers vs X-Men event. This will likely be a rant where I will scream about how Marvel screwed it up. You have been warned.

  Back at the end of 2011 the event was announced. I and most comic fans were excited. Marvel said the each of the sides would have a reason to fight the other. Marvel also promised that there would be a winner and that the event would change the Marvel universe. Marvel was right, it did all of those things, while also annoying & enraging a very large number of fans. Yet, what happened can't be undone. The Avengers won the battle. Captain America is now involved in the mutant issue. (For better or worse) Cyclops won the war but is now single & a outlaw. Wolverine is now the leader of the 'legitimate' X-Men and is a leader of the reborn mutant race. This bugs me, LET THE RANT BEGIN!!!!!

  Avengers vs X-Men also known as AvX has several issues, one of the biggest is character derailment. Character derailment is when a character acts in a way that goes against how that character previously acted and makes that character look bad. Here are some examples;

1. Deaths comes when they comes, in my cases twice in one week.
2. Getting into law school is hard & expensive 
3. Being a blogger takes commitment, whether or not I have that commitment will be answered next year.
4. If I keep posting stuff people will make comments, got 2 this year, which make it 2 for the lifetime of this blog.
5. Joe Paterno knew & covered it up.
6. The NCAA really just doesn't get it.     
7. Disney plans on owning everything

Some thoughts

 Here are some random thought about sports & wrestling.

1.  Jeff Hardy regained the TNA title tonight, why TNA why. Is keeping him really that important. It is not like WWE wants him, if they do let him go. He would screw it up anyway.
2. Vince McMahon finally went off about WWE's bad rating, only to have a WWE star point the finger at him. I don't know who is the brave man who just destroyed his own career but THANKYOU, it had to be said. We wrestling fans hear the words, Vince likes him or Vince hates him too much when we ask why certain stars are being used or not used.
3. NBA season is here. Can the Heat repeat? Are the Lakers ready to challenge? Can OKC learn how to win titles? Will D. Rose & D. Howard be 100% when they return? Finally what dumb move will the Grizzlies make this season?
4. It is the last year of the Memphis Tigers being in CUSA. HURRRRRAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
5. The Rams are getting better but I still don't like Fisher.
6. The BCS is almost gone. Double HHHHUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!
7. Devon in Aces & 8s, good idea TNA!
8. I don't care what Marvel says, Cyclops was right. 
9. Also the whole Superman dating Wonder Woman thing is a bad idea DC.
10. Yankees SIGH, I just don't know. Is this how it ends?
11. Marc Gasol is better than Andrew Bynum.
12. Finally it's time for me to prepare my NBA predictons.
13. Is anybody besides a diehard NHL fan going to miss it, answer no!
14. It is time for Cena to get the belt back.
15. It is also good to have Paul Heyman back.
16. The replacement refs were fine, the real question is. Why did the ESPN get so anti NFL during the lockout.
17. The Big Dance should be 64 (with NIT) or 96 (no more NIT)
18. Finally Memphis Football really needs to get better.

Not sports related: Avengers vs X-Men is finally over

 Last Wednesday, Avengers vs X-Men or AvX ended.The results were as I predicted. An X-Men victory, OK a Phoenix five victory, really it was a Cyclops victory, alright I admit it Cyclops got beatdown in the final issue BUT, HE WAS RIGHT!!! Hope became the Phoenix, was in control and undid M-Day. That being said Professor X is dead. Killed by Cyclops and his glow of death.

Why the X-Men will beat the Avengers.

  I know that this has nothing to do with sports but bare with me. I was checking my Direct messages on twitter & I found out that a national comic blogger challenged me back in December to do this. December the 6th, now it is May. I am not sure if I will tweet this to him considering that the event has started but I shall defend my position. NBA Picks

Due to issues mentioned in my last post, I have not done NBA playoff predictons. I did do Postseason playoff picks before the season. When I picked the Memphis Grizzlies to win it all.  ZBO is not well. Andrew Bynum is playing well. So I am changing that pick.

Prediction: LA Lakers in 7 over the Heat.

Another year, another year in review. So here I go.

Wow the other teams got action scence or iconic cover shots. The Grizz get Captain America just standing there. But like I said IT STILL IS BETTER THAN DUNKIN LAND.
